Defect on arrival

At arrival please check your product for any defects. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything defect or missing. You can call us +31 (0)50 3112546 or send us an e-mail at [email protected].

Defect within the warranty period

All products have a warranty period of at least 2 years. If a product has a defect that is not caused by normal wear an tear will be repaired for free. Products that are not properly used or are not properly maintained will also not be repaired under warranty. Repairs still can be done, but the costs are for you the customer.
