Defect on arrival (DOA)

At arrival please check your product for any defects. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything defect or missing. Send us an e-mail at [email protected].

Defect within the warranty period

All products have a factory warranty period of at least 12 months. If a product has a defect that is not caused by normal wear an tear we will claim repair or replacement with the supplier. Products that are not properly used or are not properly maintained will not be repaired under warranty. Repairs still can be done, but the costs are for you the customer.
