Measuring instructions
To measure exactly which size of Black Diamond is most appropriate for you, the first thing you need is a tape measure. It is best to ask someone else to take your measurements while you are standing upright and relaxed without shoes. Try not to pull the measuring tape too tight, but also not too loose around the body. Avoid bulky clothing. For the most accurate results, have only your undergarments or close-fitting clothing on, such as a base layer.
- Neck: measure around the fullest part of the neck.
- Chest: measure around the top of the bust, just under the arms and over the shoulder blades.
- Arm length: measure from the middle of the back of the neck, over the shoulder and along the arm to the wrist.
- Waist: measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
- Hip: measure around the widest point of the hips.
- Inseam: measure from the crotch to the floor along the inside of the leg.
