Measuring instructions

To measure exactly which size of AGU is most suitable for you, you will first need a tape measure. It is best to ask someone else to take your measurements while you stand straight and relaxed without shoes. Try not to pull the measuring tape too tight, but also not too loose around the body. Avoid bulky clothing. For the most accurate results, only have your undergarments or close-fitting clothes on, such as a base layer.

1. Chest: measure overall size at the point where your chest is largest.
2. Waist: measure overall size at the point where your waist is narrowest.
3. Hip: measure overall size at the point where your hip is largest.
4. Inner leg: measure total length from bottom crotch to ground.
