Return (revocation)

You have the right (right of revocation/reflection) order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason to cancel. After the expiration of the first 14 days, the contract is a fact and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. After notification of request for return, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including paid shipping costs, (to you).

Only the cost of returning to us are for your own account. These costs will be deducted from the amount you receive from us. A list of costs can be found at the bottom of the page.

Please include the following items:

• Order or invoice number
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (this is not obligatory)

We will then send you a shipping label and the procedure for the rest of the return.

Of course, no costs are charged in the following cases:

- If you receive a different product than you ordered
- If the product is defective upon arrival
- If the product is incomplete (deficiency) upon arrival

Note: You do not have to use the label provided by us. You can of course always return the package yourself with the carrier of your choice.
